We will refund up to one year of fees that you have paid to us for the Services if we fail to have removed all adverse matters posted to your record resulting from an identity theft event within one year after you reported the event to us, provided you follow the procedures that we provide for addressing adverse matters and provided you have enrolled in the Services prior to the identity theft event.
Members who discover that they are victims of identity theft while they are enrolled with IDX can be eligible for certain expenses associated with identity theft recovery. Reimbursement can include allowable costs for lost wages, stolen funds, legal defense fees, and expenses associated with the identity theft event. There is no deductible applicable to the reimbursement. Reimbursement is subject to review of the expenses and lost income you submit.
